Backorders

Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Friday - Custom Label orders can take up to 48 hrs to process. We process orders within 24 hrs of purchase during regular business hours. We Do Not Ship on these 2008 Dates: 2008 Postal Holidays Friday/ October 3 - Office Retreat the office is closed and no orders are processed. Shipping Charges

Vacation Settings/ Office Closures
We are a family owned and run business, so when the family takes a vacation Or we must attend an Expo, the store is closed. We will always post when there are store shipping delays because of events. When we return we will ship items in the order they were received.

We Recycle Shipping Supplies
We recycle - we work with a few big retail stores in our area to help recycle packaging supplies. We do not believe in filling up landfills with materials that can be used again. We recycle cardboard boxes as well as shipping peanuts and pillow packs. Recycling not only saves precious resources but also avoids the toxic processes used to turn these resources into consumer products. Keeping waste out of landfills also makes economic and environmental sense. Landfills have cost taxpayers millions of dollars to clean up and monitor, a process that is likely to continue for many decades into the future. Therefore, recycling to avoid landfill disposal helps avoid environmental and public health threats down the road.

Shipping Method
We ship Monday - Friday (except federal holidays) We Ship USPS First-Class & Priority Mail up to 2 pounds. All shipments weighing over 2 pounds will be shipped via DHL Ground. In the case an item ordered is not available you will be contacted promptly. You will recieve shipping confirmation via email, so please provide a valid email address during check-out. If you have any special shipping request we would be happy to entertain them.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with an order please contact us in order to find a solution together. In the case of our mistake or faulty product a full refund will be issued. Should something be terribly wrong with your order please bring it to our attention so that we may address the issue. We do accept returns, customers returning items will be responsible for return postage. All returns must be made within 10 business days, of receiving your order. Refunds will not be issued for items mistakenly purchsed by the customer, or that did not work for the customer. If you order the wrong size containers you will be responsible for returning that item to us for a store credit. In this case all items returned will be issued store credit. Feedback & Quality Control
Please contact us to try to resolve any issues before leaving neutral or negative Feedback. We can not address an issue if it has not been brought to our attention. We are constantly checking for quality control, but sometimes items are missed. If you receive a product that is of poor quality please address it with us immediately. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your satisfaction is our number ONE goal. We are happy to address any issue you may be having and look forward to serving you. We are all about customer service and treat each case personally. We had an issue recently that was never brought to our attention, & negative feedback was left. We immediately addressed the situation and checked our stock on the product that the comments were left about. It was discovered that the product was not the quality we had previously sold. The product was of poor quality and we would have replaced the product had we been made aware of it. But because it was not address we were unable to fix the problem. The customer threw out the product and left negative feedback. We are very sorry that happened & would highly encourage you to never throw out product that is defective. We can not address the situation with our supplier if we do not have any proof of the poor quality of the product. Thank you in advance for all your feedback because without it we would not be able to improve in the areas we need to.
